Safer Internet Day 2019
Tuesday 5th February was Safer Internet Day. Throughout school, children have been learning the skills they need to keep themselves safe in the rapidly changing online world.
The theme for this year is Together for a Better Internet. Our pupils have learned about the importance of taking control of their digital lives. Lessons have covered the principle of protecting and respecting privacy, and also the importance of seeking permission whether we are online or offline.
Please take some time to look at Parent Zone webpage and the Safer Internet Day 2019 site for parents and carers.
If you need any extra advice or support in creating a safer online environment for your child please let me know.
